posted over 7 years ago by InfantCrisis
Infant Crisis Services is opening a branch in Moore to better assist families affected by the May tornadoes.
The branch will be located inside Platt College at 201 North Eastern, in Moore, and will be open every Wednesday beginning July 10, 2013, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Clients, ages birth to 48 months, will receive formula, food, diapers, clothing and other baby essentials by appointment. Appointments can be made by calling (405) 528-3663. Babies and toddlers must be present to receive services.
“We have helped hundreds of families who were impacted by the tornadoes that devastated Moore and other communities across central Oklahoma,” said Infant Crisis Services’ Executive Director, Miki Farris, “But many of those families still need our help. By opening a branch in Moore, we are making it even easier for those who need assistance to get it, without ever leaving their own community.”
